WLLC Announces Lecture by Holocaust Survivor Zsuzsanna Ozsváth

WLLC is pleased to announce a lecture by Holocaust survivor Zsuzsanna Ozsváth on Thursday, April 24 at 6:30 pm in the Eagle Student Services Center Room 225. Dr. Ozsváth is a scholar, critic and translator and is the Leah and Paul Lewis Chair of Holocaust Studies at UT-Dallas. She is also the author of "When the Danube Ran Red: A Holocaust Survivor's Testimony". In 1944, Jews of Budapest, Hungary, Dr. Ozsváth's family among them, were threatened with immediate destruction. In total, over 568,000 Hungarian Jews were murdered. This year marks the 70th anniversary of the Holocaust in Hungary. Please make plans to join us and help us spread the word.
